Follow these steps and you'll be able to achieve perfect centering and balancing of your pages and covers.

Punching Covers (must be in 1/2 inch increments):

Punching Inner Pages (ONLY applies if your inner pages are 3/16" smaller than
your covers. If they are the same size as your covers, use "Punching Covers"
instructions for both your covers and pages):
4 13/16" (Goes with 5" covers)                    8 13/16" (Goes with 9" covers
5 5/16" (Goes with 5.5" covers)                   9 5/16" (Goes with 9.5" covers)
5 13/16" (Goes with 6" covers)                    9 13/16" (Goes with 10" covers)
6 5/16" (Goes with 6.5" covers)                  10 5/16" (Goes with 10.5" covers)
