You may return your unused, unopened Zutter Products for a full refund (less shipping) within
30 days of purchase date*. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org (or call toll free 877.273.2818) for
a return authorization number (and to state reasons for return). Items must be returned to
Zutter Innovative Products at consumer's expense, in new, saleable condition. Original packing
slip/receipt and order number is required. Credits will be issued on the credit card originally
used to make the purchase. *Returns for the purpose of price adjustment are excluded. Price
adjustments on previous purchases are not allowed.

provide your contact information, including your order number and address (for order
inquiries) so we may promptly address your needs.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Any refunds for products purchased with gift
certificates will be refunded back to gift certificate credit. Shipping charges paid by means of
gift certificate are non-refundable. Gift certificate values do not expire, but codes are not
replaceable if lost. When ordering gift certificates, be sure to accurately enter the recipient's
email address. Gift certificates are valid for anything sold at wwwBinditall.com, including tax
and shipping. Recipients must enter the e-gift certificate code into the promo/coupon code
field and hit "apply" on the order form at www.binditall.com.
Repair & Replacement
If you have malfunctioning issues with any of the Zutter tools, please check the HELP section
shown at the left. Most situations can be rectified with simple repair steps. If other issues
persist or if replacement parts are needed, please email email@example.com (or call toll free
877.273.2818) for assistance. Products are only replaced in situations where repair or
replacement parts will not suffice, within the warranty periods. Replacement requires pre-
authorization from Zutter, and return of the item to Zutter at consumer's expense.
Zutter will cover shipping charges to and from our offices for any products deemed defective
within the United States. Any products deemed defective that was sold outside of the United
States, the shipping charges must be covered by the customer. Before shipping any defective
products, you must contact customer service at 877.273.2818 for a return authorization.
The Bind-it-All and Bind-it-All V2.o has a limited lifetime warranty. Please consult the owner's
manual for information and conditions. All Zutter tools have a one year limited warranty.
