For products deemed defective that were sold outside of the United States, the shipping charges must be covered
by the customer. Before shipping any defective products, you must contact customer service via email at

You may return your unused, unopened Zutter Products for a full refund (less shipping) within
30 days of purchase date*. Please email email@example.com, call 949.643.9526 or use the form above for a return
authorization number (and to state reasons for return). Items must be returned to Zutter Innovative Products at
consumer's expense, in new, saleable condition. Original packing slip/receipt and order number is required.
Credits will be issued on the credit card originally used to make the purchase. *Returns for the purpose of price
adjustment are excluded. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not allowed.
|Repair & Replacement
Check the HELP section. Most situations can be rectified with simple repair steps. If other issues persist or if
suffice, within the warranty periods. Replacement requires pre- authorization from Zutter, and return of the item to
Zutter at consumer's expense.
