You may return your unused, unopened Zutter Products for a full refund (less shipping) within
30 days of purchase date*. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, call toll free 877.273.2818 or use the form
above for a return authorization number (and to state reasons for return). Items must be returned to Zutter
Innovative Products at consumer's expense, in new, saleable condition. Original packing slip/receipt and order
number is required. Credits will be issued on the credit card originally used to make the purchase. *Returns for
the purpose of price adjustment are excluded. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not allowed.
|Repair & Replacement
Check the HELP section. Most situations can be rectified with simple repair steps. If other issues persist or if
suffice, within the warranty periods. Replacement requires pre- authorization from Zutter, and return of the
item to Zutter at consumer's expense.
