Warranty for Bind-it-All and Zutter Tools

The warranties do not cover the following:
-Damage caused by improper use
-Damage caused by commercial use
-Any tampering or modification of this system/machine will void warranty.

Zutter tools are not intended for commercial use. Therefore, commercial use will void warranty.

This warranty is limited to replacing or repairing defective parts at no charge. Products covered under warranty
must be returned to Zutter Innovative Products accompanied by proof of purchase.

replacement parts or can be repaired with simple instruction. Please explain the situation with as much detail as
