Donna Salazar says she is living her "dream life" - a 20-year
marriage and two teenage children, making a living as an
artist.  There is a paintbrush in her hand as often as possible,
she designs and teaches and has launched her own
product lines.  She is grateful to be able to work from her
home studio - a room that was formerly her husband's office
- where a cat perches in the waste basket or on top of
papers, keeping her company when she is "in the zone" (that
magical state when Donna loses track of time and says she
wouldn't notice if the house was on fire!).
